About Lauren Maddox/

Lauren Maddox is a Casper native and experienced Realtor serving buyers and sellers throughout Casper and the surrounding Natrona County area since 2016. In 2024, she co-founded the Maddog Real Estate Team alongside her fiancé and business partner, Frank Coffman, with a vision of creating a more collaborative, client-focused real estate experience built on communication, strategy, and strong local knowledge.

Specializing primarily in residential real estate while also assisting with commercialand investment opportunities, Lauren is known for her genuine care for her clients best interest, attention to detail, and ability to help clients feel comfortable, confidant, and informed throughout the process. Her background in property marketing, property presentation, strong negotiation skills, and her passion for interior design and staging gives her clients an added advantage when preparing homes for the market, identifying and visualizing potential in a property, and creating strategic plans to maximize value.

As a Casper native raised in a family of entrepreneurs, Lauren brings a strong understanding of the local community, neighborhoods, and market trends. Clients appreciate her honesty, responsiveness, and ability to explain complex processes in a way that feels manageable and straightforward whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, downsizing sellers, or experienced investors.
